GRANDPA'S COLE SLAW 
2 carrots
1 lg. head green cabbage
1 sm. head purple cabbage
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar

Shred cabbage or slice very thin into a large bowl. Peel and shred carrots. Add to cabbage. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over shredded vegetables. Stir well. Refrigerate until serving time.
