CARROT PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
3 c. carrots, grated
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
