ONION ROASTED POTATOES 
1 env. onion soup (dry)
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled, cut into lg. chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Add all ingredients into large plastic bag. Close bag and shake. Empty potatoes onto cookie sheet. Discard bag. Bake 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender or golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
