20 MINUTE MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 can mushroom soup 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef Salt and pepper to taste 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese 1/2 bell pepper 1 can tomato soup 1 sm. onion (chopped) 1 lg pkg. Dorito chips 1 tsp. chili powder 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies Mix soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes in saucepan and heat over low heat. In skillet brown meat, onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper and chili powder. When done add to soup mixture. In large casserole place layer of Doritos and layer of meat mixture. Cover with grated cheese. Repeat layering in same order, ending with grated cheese. Cover with foil; let set until cheese melts. Serve immediately. |
