MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz.) can crushed chili peppers
1 bag Dorito chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Colby shredded cheese
1 onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger and onion together. Drain excess grease from hamburger. Mix all other ingredients with hamburger in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, 45-60 minutes. Serve over Dorito chips in individual plates.
