DORITO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can enchilada sauce 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pkg. plain Dorito tortilla chips 1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbled. Pour off drippings. Add green chilies, enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well and cook until bubbly. Spread chips in greased baking dish. Spoon meat mixture over chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts, about 30 minutes. |
