ICE CREAM DESSERT 
2 pkgs. of HIHO crackers finely crumbled
1 1/2 sticks of butter melted

Mix together until crumbs are moist for crust. 2 boxes (small) coconut cream pudding instant 1/2 c. milk

Mix together until ice cream is smooth. Put crumbs on bottom of container. Spread ice cream mixture on top. Chill for 4 hours. Top with Cool whip. Sprinkle extra cracker crumbs or cherries on top.
