3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. real Kraft Mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3 c. chopped peeled apples
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch cake pan. Set aside.

In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat first 10 ingredients 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently. Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.

Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tests done with toothpick. Cool in pan 10 minutes. If desired, frost cake with 2 cups whipped cream, sweetened with sugar.
