NACHO CHILI PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) bag Nacho cheese chips
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Add flour, water, chili powder, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Spread chips in bottom of flat casserole; spread chili over. Bake slowly at 275 degrees for 45 minutes. Last 15 minutes, top with cheese.
