ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1/2 c. olive oil
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
Can tomato puree
Can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
4 whole chili peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Stuffed green olives
Long spaghetti
Ground Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in deep fry pan. Slice onion thin and mash garlic in salt. Brown and saute onions and garlic in olive oil, slowly. Add meat and brown slightly. Heat tomato juice, puree, paste, chili peppers, pepper and sugar and simmer 2 1/2 hours.

Remove chili peppers and add sliced olives. Cook 10 minutes longer. Boil spaghetti and serve with spaghetti sauce topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
