BUTTERY RESTAURANT'S FRENCH SILK
PIE
 
4 egg yolks
1/4 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 lb. unsalted butter
1/3 c. Kahlua
1 banana
Prepared graham cracker crust
1 oz. Amaretto
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings

In bowl, place the egg yolks, sugar, butter and Kahlua (all at room temperature) and whip at high speed with an electric mixer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, thinly slice the banana and cover bottom of crust. Sprinkle Amaretto on top of bananas and let soak into crust. Place whipped mixture on top of bananas and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
