FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE | |
1/2 c. butter, cut into 8 equal parts 3/4 c. sugar 1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled 1 tsp. vanilla 2 lg. eggs 8" baked pastry shell Whipped cream (for garnish) Cream butter and sugar. Beat in chocolate and vanilla until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with an electric mixer at medium speed for 5 minutes. After each addition. Turn in pastry shell. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream. I double the recipe but repeat the recipe. Don't double ingredients. Recipe is too skimpy for doing just 1 recipe. |
