OLD FASHIONED CABBAGE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 c. sour cream
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Cut cabbage in wedges. Cook, covered in a small amount of boiling salted water until just tender, about 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly. Serve over cabbage. Serves 4.
