NO-CHOLESTEROL BROWNIES (LIGHT) 
1/4 c. butter (corn oil butter)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Walnuts (optional)

Melt butter. Combine all ingredients. Spray 8 x 8 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. One square = 105 calories.

My 8 year old granddaughter made these (I helped) but the recipe is very easy and delicious chocolatey taste we used Hershey's cocoa powder and added 1/3 cup chocolate chips
