BROWNIES DROPS-RICH AND YET
LIGHT
 
2 (4 oz.) bars German chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Cool. Beat eggs until foamy, add sugar, 2 tbsp. at a time. Bate until thickened, 5 minutes on medium speed. Blend in chocolate, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Add vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. Can freeze.
