SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hot sausage 1 can crescent rolls 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook sausage; drain grease. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 dish. Place rolls in dish, pinch seams. Add sausage, then cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until set. Serves 6-8 |
