SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 can crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, fried, drained & crumbled
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Salt
Pepper

Line 9 x 13-inch dish with 2 rectangles of rolls. Pour sausage on top. Add cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and pour over top. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
