SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
1 fresh onion, chopped fine and fried
1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 can of milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine first 5 ingredients with 1/2 of Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese and fried onion rings (canned). Heat until cheese melts.
