RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. link sausage, fried
1 lg. onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 bunch celery
5 1/2 c. water
2 pkgs. regular rice
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 can mushrooms

Cut sausage, onion, pepper and celery into bite size pieces. Brown sausage, celery and pepper in frying pan. Mix water, rice and soup mix. Cook 7 minutes. Add almonds and mushrooms. Pour entire mixture into a greased baking dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Fills 8"x12"x2" pan.
