SAUSAGE EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (regular), fried, cut up
8 slices fresh bread, trimmed & cubed
3/4 lb. mild, grated cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk

Place cooked sausage on bread. Pour egg and milk over it. Set in refrigerator overnight. Just before baking, pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup over the ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until firm. You can use ham or shrimp
