1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese 2 medium onions 1 (4 oz.) jalapeno peppers 1/8 tsp. tabasco sauce 3/4 c. mayonnaise Dash of salt Using medium blade, put cheese, onions, and jalapeno peppers through a food chopper. Add mayonnaise, tabasco sauce and salt. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with crackers. |
