CHEESE CAKE 
CAKE:

3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice concentrate

PIE CRUST:

10 graham crackers
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Crush 10 graham crackers; (done easily in large baggie with rolling pin.) Melt butter and then mix butter and sugar with crumbs. Pour mixture into pie dish and press into shape. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften cream cheese by heating two packages for 1 minute in microwave. Mix in eggs, sugar and lemon concentrate. Stir until smooth; then pour into graham cracker pie crust. Bake for 1/2 hour. (Do not overbake.) Refrigerate cake, set several hours before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
