LOW FAT ROTINI SALAD 
3 c. rotini noodles, cooked
3 tomatoes, cut into sm. wedges
1 (10 oz.) can Mandarin orange segments, drained
1 celery stalk, diced small
1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash paprika
Salt
Pepper

Place noodles, tomatoes, Mandarin orange segments and celery in large serving bowl. Sprinkle with chives. Mix yogurt with lemon juice in small bowl. Add mustard and paprika; mix thoroughly. Season generously and pour over salad ingredients. Toss well. Chill salad and serve.
