ROTINI SALAD 
16 oz. rotini, cooked and drained
3 carrots, grated
1 sm. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
3 celery, chopped
1 box of frozen peas, thawed
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Mix milk, sugar, white vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper well. Pour over the rotini and vegetables. Chill before serving.
