ROTINI SALAD 
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. mayonnaise
2 carrots, grated
1 sm. onion, cut fine
1 sm. green pepper, cut fine
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 (14 oz.) pkg. rotini
Salt to taste

Cook rotini according to package directions. Cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours or overnight. (Dressing will be thin. It will thicken as it chills.)
