ROTINI SALAD 
1/2 lb. rotini, uncooked
1 (13 oz.) can Town House pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. seedless grapes, cut into halves
1 (11 oz.) can Town House mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 lg. kiwi fruit, peeled, halved and sliced
1 med. apple, cored and cut into chunks
1/3 c. sliced almonds
1/3 c. shredded coconut
1 c. Lucerne sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 c. BelAir frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, combine rotini, fruits, almonds and coconut.

In small bowl, blend sour cream and orange juice concentrate. Add to rotini mixture, toss to coat.

Cover; chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. 4 to 6 servings.
