ROTINI SALAD 
1 pkg. spiral macaroni
1 c. chopped onion
1 lg. pepper, chopped
2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook spiral macaroni until done, drain and cool. Add onion, pepper and tomatoes, set mixture aside. Bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, oregano and Italian seasoning. Stir, let cool. Add macaroni mixture and stir. Place in a bowl and cover and refrigerate overnight so flavors can blend.
