ROTINI VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. garden variety Rotini
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. cauliflower flowerets
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1 c. diced American cheese
1 c. French dressing or Italian dressing
Croutons (optional)

Cook Rotini according to directions on package. Rinse with cold water to cool. In large mixing bowl combine first five ingredients. Pour on dressing and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Put croutons on top. Makes a large amount.
