PITA PIZZA 
1 mini pitas pocket (1 oz.), cut in half horizontally and toasted
2 tbsp. tomato sauce
3 tbsp. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. diced onion
2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Oregano leaves
Garlic powder

Preheat broiler. On baking sheet, place toasted pita halves and spread 1 tablespoon tomato sauce over each; top each with half of the mushrooms and 1 1/2 teaspoon onion, then sprinkle each with 1 ounce cheese and dash each oregano leaves and garlic powder. Broil until cheese melts, 1 to 2 minutes.

Makes 1 serving.
