JENNY'S FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixer bowl, cream butter with sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir flour with baking soda and salt; gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Drop by tablespoonsful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. About 5 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
