ET-2 LITTLE'S FAVORITE CHOCOLATE
CHIP COOKIES
 
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal (powderize in blender after measuring)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) Hershey bar (plain), finely grated
3 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, baking soda. Mix the sugar mixture and the oatmeal mixture together. Add chocolate chips and the Hershey bar, then add the nuts.

Make golf-ball sized balls and bake on greased cookie sheets. Bake 2 inches apart. Bake at 300 degrees for 8-10 minutes. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERBAKE!! Makes 112 cookies.
