1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. Bisquick
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
1-1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-1/2 to 3-1/2 lb. cut up chicken

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. It takes a 13 x 9 inch pan. heat oven and melt butter in pan in oven. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin side down in pan. Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Turn, bake until done, about 15 minutes.
