POTATOES SUPREME AND MORE 
6-8 potatoes, cooked and diced
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cottage cheese
6-8 green onions, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Extra cheese to top casserole
Salt to taste

Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and onions. Gently fold in potatoes. Stir in cheese.

Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole or a 9 x 12 x 2 glass dish. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove; let set for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
