HERBED SPINACH BAKE | |
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 c. cooked rice 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. chopped onions 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. rosemary Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl blending thoroughly. Pour into a buttered 9 x 9 inch baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. This dish can be prepared ahead refrigerated, then baked until puffy and golden. Serves 6. |
