POTATO & HAM CASSEROLE 
8-10 lg. potatoes, baked
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 (15 oz.) can whole corn
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
1 stick butter

Bake potatoes. Remove skins from potatoes (if desired). Cut into cubes. In large bowl combine potatoes, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, corn and ham. Saute onion until onion is clear. Add to other ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes on medium-high in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
