NEW ENGLAND HAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 lbs. smoked ham, sliced thin
8 lbs. raw potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
4 lbs. onions, sliced thin
2 (#10) cans tomatoes
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
4 bay leaves
1 lb. melted butter

In buttered pans, alternate layers of ham, potato, onion, tomato and seasonings, end with tomato on top.
