BEEF AND POTATO CAKES 
2 1/2 c. leftover cooked beef, ground
1 1/2 c. cold, seasoned mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. bottled thick meat sauce
2 tsp. minced onion
Flour
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients except flour and oil. Shape into 6 patties. roll lightly in flour. Saute in hot oil until brown on all sides. Yield: 4-6 servings.
