ITALIAN BEEF BURGERS 
Beef round rump roast - slice 1/8 inch thick
3 bay leaves
Italian seasoning
Hot sauce (Texas Pete)
Pepper sauce (Texas Pete)
Garlic salt
1 garlic bulk, chopped fine
Salt and pepper

Take each slice of rump roast, add salt, pepper, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and about 3-4 drops of hot sauce to each slice. In slow cooker, put water about 1/2 full or to cover meat, add bay leaves, about 5 or 6 sprinkles of hot sauces and garlic bulb. Add rump roast slices and cook on high for 5-6 hours. Place meat on buns of your choice, and add mayonnaise and hot peppers.
