WHEAT YEAST ROLLS 
4 c. white flour
2 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. very warm water
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar

Sift flour into large bowl. Add butter and eggs. Combine yeast and warm water together; set aside. Heat to very warm milk, salt, and sugar; add both to flour and beat until mixed. Turn out on a lightly floured board and knead (don't knead in too much flour). Grease large bowl and put dough into bowl to let rise 1 hour. Punch down; let rest 10 minutes. Shape into rolls and let rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for about 25 minutes.
