1/2 c. butter 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. Matzoh meal 5 lg. eggs In a 2 quart saucepan, bring butter, salt, and 1 cup water to boil. Remove from heat, add matzoh meal, stir with wooden spoon to make smooth paste. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Stir in eggs, one at a time, making sure each is mixed in. Spoon mixture 2 tablespoons at a time to greased muffin tins. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until brown and puffed. Remove from pan. Makes about 18. |
