POPOVERS 
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Beat eggs slightly. Sift flour and salt and add alternately with milk to the eggs. Add melted butter and beat with egg beater until smooth and full of bubbles. Fill hot greased muffin rings half full of batter. Bake popovers for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 minutes or until done. Makes about 10 popovers.
