BAKED CHICKEN AND CREAM 
6-8 pieces chicken
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2-3 Tbsps. butter
1 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 cups cream
Paprika to taste
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas

Brown chicken, dipped in egg and rolled in bread crumbs, in butter and add garlic. Arrange chicken in baking dish and cover with frozen peas. Pour cream over top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Good served with my Almond Rice Casserole.
