BLACK - BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Dash of salt

Beat until fluffy. Add 1 cup chocolate chips. Set aside.

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vinegar

Combine all ingredients. Beat well. Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full. Spoon 1/2 tablespoon topping on. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
