PENNY'S LASAGNA 
10 to 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb. hamburger (extra lean)
2 (8 or 6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 med. ball Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Garlic salt to taste (approximately 1 tsp.)
1 tsp. dry onion flakes

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass pan with uncooked lasagne noodle; set aside. In a skillet, brown hamburger and onion. Drain fat and return to pan. Save a little tomato sauce for the very top. Add the rest of the tomato paste and garlic salt. Simmer over low heat, when bubbly spread meat and sauce mixture over noodles. Add 2nd layer of uncooked noodles (approximately 3 to 4 noodles on 2nd layer). Top second layer with 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese, then layer on all of the cottage cheese, then layer rest of cheese. Top with the rest of the noodles and some of meat sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Take out and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
