3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Let cream cheese get room temperature. Cream together cream cheese and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice; mix all together. Whip with electric mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then leave in oven 1 hour. Enjoy!
