TASTY GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. fresh green beans or 1 pkg. frozen green beans
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. maple syrup
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish

Cook beans until tender, but crisp. Drain. Combine other ingredients, mix well and pour over cooked beans. If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste.
