VEGETABLE CROQUETTES 
2 C. cooked rice or potatoes
2 c. cooked carrots
2 eggs
1 c. tomato pulp
1 onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 tsp. celery seeds

Combine mashed vegetables. Add seasonings, mix well. Shape in medium sized balls. Fry in hot deep fat to a golden brown.
