Yellow or German chocolate cake mix

Mix and bake according to package directions. Bake 9x12 inch pan. Cool. Split lengthwise.

FILLING:

1 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour

Cook on low heat until thick. Cool. 1/2 c. butter

Cream and beat 5 minutes. 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla

Add and cream 5 minutes more. Add flour mixture and beat 10 minutes longer. Spread between layers of cake.
