1 box vanilla instant pudding
Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/3 c. coil
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix first 6 ingredients for cake thoroughly. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with wax paper. Pour in batter and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 c. water
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Cook 1 cup water and 5 tablespoons flour until thick. Cool completely. Mix 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup Crisco, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 cup sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add to flour mix. Cut cake in half and fill.
