ROUND RAISIN BREAD 
1 lb. box raisins
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vinegar
4 c. flour

Boil water, turn off, add raisins and let cool. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 6 greased and floured cans, 1/2 full, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
